The booking will be accepted only upon receipt of a written confirmation.
Early departures, late arrivals and no show cause many inconveniences to the organisation and damages to the administration. In the cases previously mentioned, the management is forced to charge the full length of stay that was booked even if this hasn’t been used.
In the case of a booking cancellation, this will be only accepted through written confirmation. The deposit fee will be refunded according to the following terms :
100% refund if communicated 60 (sixty) days prior to the date of arrival stated on the booking
50% refund if communicated 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of arrival stated on the booking
No refund if communicated less than 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of arrival stated on the booking. No exceptionswill be tolerated.

It is possible to check-in from 12.00pm The management will keep the room booked by the client until and no further than 6.00pm on the day of arrival, after which it can freely dispose of it and the non-presentation of the client will be considered a “no-show” refundable with the payment of the room cost between a minimum of one night and the maximum of three nights.
On the day of departure check-out will be done before 10am
Every service provided after this time will be considered as extra (Car park, Beach)
