The hotel recognizes the reservation as valid only after the issuance of its written confirmation of acceptance. Early departures , late arrivals or no shows cause considerable inconvenience to the organization and damage to the Administration. In the above cases, Management is obliged to charge the entire period booked even if not used.

Should a reservation be waived, it will be accepted only by written notice. The amount paid as a deposit, will be refunded to the extent of:
– 100% within 60 (sixty) days from the expected date of arrival;
– 50% within 30 (thirty) days from the expected date of arrival;
– withheld entirely for less than 30 (thirty) days from the expected date of arrival without any exception.

It is possible to check in from 12 noon (room, beach, parking).
Management will keep the booked room available to the customer until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, after which he/she may dispose of it freely, and the customer’s no-show will be considered a “no-show” compensable by payment of the room charge between a minimum of one night and a maximum of three nights. Check-out day is by 10 a.m.
Any subsequent service will be considered as extra (parking, beach)
